Spanish term

repercusiones en renta

Spanish to English Social Sciences Law (general) División de bienes comunes
Not sure if they are still referring to taxes here - tax on income? Spanish text, going into British English.

repercussions on income

Best not interpret further.

For instance, charges on income are a UK and Irish corporation tax concept and would wholly be incongruous in a context of joint income on a separation or divorce.

charges and taxes against the receipts

I am not at all sure this is income tax as suggested by Edward, as we are not talking here about a salary. More probably it is capital gains tax and quite conceivably other taxes such as property transfer tax.
As the source tetx is unspecific, I think "charges and taxes" is wide enough to encompass what is meant.
Note from asker:
Thanks :) I've seen something about Stamp Tax too - could this be what it refers to too?
Hi - just a query about " respecto a la parte que recibe la contraprestación económica." This refers to the party receiving the property, doesn't it?
Many thanks for your help! I went for the safer option given by Adrian and flagged it up with the agency asking them to come back with specifics but that was that.
