Danke Daniel! Kegel = Konus und in vielen solcher Töpfen ist der Ventilkopf ein Kegelstumpf mit Löcher, der auf eine hohle Spindel sitzt. Buchse ist buje oder casquillo

Den Begriff Spindel finde ich im Zusammenhang mit einem Schnellkochtopf ein wenig übertrieben.
