Que se acompana esta carta de la siguiente documentacion:
Formulario de notificacion de modificaciones de ensayo clinico para el CEIC.
Solicitud de facturacion por enmienda relevante.
I understand that "solicitud de facturacion" means "billing request" or "invoicing request". However, this doesn't make sense to me within the context. Why would a CRO send a billing request to the ethics committee for the clinical trial site? Or does "facturacion" have another meaning here?
I would appreciate any help you can offer.

: It seems to me they asking if they can SEND more invoices, not that they be sent to them. I think you have it the wrong way round in English. I think Asker's translation is fine. And "it is requested to enclose" is almost meaningless in English.

In other words the terms of the trial have changed and they are asking if they can invoice (presumably) more money.
