This stamp/label is found on a piece of mail that has been returned to sender. I am not sure what the correct/standard phrase is that they use at the post office. Any suggestions? Spanish to English.

Chose "official" rather than "legal", as I'm not sure there's a law governing this, but imagine the term is according to internal rules?

Mail can be undeliverable for these reasons:
a. No postage.
b. Incomplete, illegible, or incorrect address.
c. Addressee not at address (unknown, moved, or deceased).
d. Mail unclaimed.
Undeliverable or unclaimed Express Mail is held by the USPS for 5 workdays before it is returned to the sender at no additional postage, unless either of the following applies:
