Tout simplement car il nous semble que l’offre de conseil en stratégie et management proposée par les acteurs actuels de ce marché ne s’est pas renouvelée et adaptée aux évolutions des grandes organisations et de leur environnement. Les grandes entreprises sont souvent devenues globales et doivent évoluer de plus en plus vite pour répondre aux contraintes d’un environnement instable, aux attentes de leurs clients et actionnaires et à une concurrence plus ouverte que jamais. Notre constat est qu’elles rencontrent, à des degrés divers, deux grandes problématiques.
