Jedná se o název stroje, "pulper" je mi jasný - rozvlákňovač nebo rozvlákňovací stroj, spíš si nevím rady s výrazem "under press". Název nemám v žádném kontextu, pouze mohu poskytnout něco z popisu stroje, jestli to pomůže:

Its function is transform the dry rejects in a fibrous suspension at the right density for the following working.
The working principle is that rejects are conveyed into the vat through the upper chutes where the rejects are wetted by the spraying pipes.
Once arrived into the vat with the necessary quantity of water, rejects are put in agitation by the rotor which providing to the breaking of the fibers and homogenize the pulp.
When the pulp has obtained the right density it passes through the drilled plate that stop the rejects and allow at the fiber to pass into the conveyor and from here the pulp can be send at the following working.

The Under Press Pulper comprises:

• A tank, which makes up the body of the machine where dry pulp is carry out at the right work density it can be in concrete in this case not included in the supply.
• A rotor made by tro group of orientable blade mounted in a shaft.
• A drilled plate for the filtering of the pulp
• A Dump Conveyor where is obtained a connection for the pulp discharge
• A bearing support on which the shaft bearings and seal rings are fitted.
