This is a type of work that seems to correspond with hourly work, ie.,
'Meerwerk, indien op basis van regiewerk, € XX,XX per uur',
but that somehow doesn't quite seem to be it.

Contrasts with a work done under a lump-sum contract. Under the cost-reimbursable (or cost-plus) contract the contractor bills for costs of materials & labour and adds a mark-up to cover his profit.
