Mazeration: Gewinnung von Extrakten durch Ziehenlassen von Pflanzenteilen in Flüssigkeiten (Alkohol oder Wasser). Diese Technik wird sinngemäß bei der Gärungs-Variante Macération carbonique (Kohlensäure-Maischung) angewendet; siehe dort.
