Spanish term (edited): venenciador y cortador de jam�n

Hi dan, one learns something new every day.
Yes cortador de jamón is the person cutting or carving the ham.
Veneciador is the person puring the sherry:

"You could buy a flamenco dress or a specially designed hair adornment made by hand. You could try out some excellent guitars with the maker present so you can ask him a direct question on the construction and sound. There were even free sherries poured by the typical ***veneciador*** at some stands, not to mention the small shows in the flamenco federation enclosure (Confederacion Andaluza de Peñas Flamencas) with drinks at the bar behind you. Several provinces were represented on different days, mostly a singer with his guitarist".

they are just cherry-glasses, but wine is usually poured into them :) It seems to me better to use the word 'wine pourer' in order to avoid misunderstanding among guests. Hope it helps. Good luck, Daniel Burns!

\"wine pourer\'s\" functions should be similar to \"cup-bearer\'s\" ones in medieval period. Hope to check them personally less than in a month in Spain :)
