London conference 2008 - (Late) copy of the PDF anyone?

Hi everyone,

As many, I'm after a last minute download for this PDF, as it seems the server for the conf. is down again due to bandwitdh quotas.

Would anyone be so kind as to email me one please? I thought I had it, but I just don't find it anymore. I may have deleted it thinking I could download it anytime.
