How about "I recommend this translator"? Pure and simple, just 1 checkmark, no feedback. Collect the checkmarks:-) We already have a room for feedback elsewhere.

I doubt that anyone in the right mind would assume that someone recommends somebody without engaging h/h first. In my simple mind that would be implied.
