Does anyone know if there is a scanner that translates from Japanese (Pre-Meiji writing) to English? Any recommendation would be appreciated.

I am not sure I understand your question. Are you looking for a scanner or an OCR software or a machine translation tool, or all of these above? Could you describe what is exactly that you want to do, so we can advise something? Thanks Katalin
