I wonder how to express some American words in Japanese e.g. localization, globalization, internationalization. Those word are translated into Japanese but cultural/business background made recognition of readers is different in different countries.

Globalization Nov 4, 2002

Globalization is already incorporated into the Japanese language. Internationalization is usually 国際化.

You might just put some of such words into katakana and look for web hits.

英辞郎 on the web is very up to date, you know.
