SDL buys Germany-based Passolo for 2 mln eur in cash and shares

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - SDL PLC said it has acquired Germany-based PASS Process Automation Software Systems Engineering GmbH, or Passolo, for 2 mln eur in cash and shares.

SDL, a translation technology specialist, will pay 1 mln eur in cash and issue up to 160,728 shares to fund the balance.

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - SDL PLC said it has acquired Germany-based PASS Process Automation Software Systems Engineering GmbH, or Passolo, for 2 mln eur in cash and shares.

SDL, a translation technology specialist, will pay 1 mln eur in cash and issue up to 160,728 shares to fund the balance.
