Our company works with expert translators in each subject matter. We hire native speakers who are expert in their subject matter and have years of experience in the US, Brazil, and abroad.

Good translation is a team effort. Our team comprises a worldwide network of translators, editors, and other professionals who work together throughout each step of the translation process. For years we have been carefully constructing a close working relationship with our team members. By carefully selecting the right professionals with knowledge relevant to the needs of each project, we ensure that translations are complete, accurate, confidential, and delivered on time.

LANGUAGES
We translate English, Portuguese, and Spanish language materials. We will provide services also in French, German, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Haitian Creole, and Japanese by January 2008.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
When our client requests a translation from us, we select an appropriate Project Manager (PM) to be in charge of the translation process from beginning to end.
The PM will select each team member, paying special attention to the needs of the project. Other professionals, such as graphic designer and reviewer will also be involved in the process. The PM will coordinate project flow apply our quality control measures, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver product and invoice to client.
Upon client request, we also deliver a glossary with specific terms used in the translation to help ensure consistency for future translations.

TRANSLATION PROCESS
Client submits document for translation to us by email, fax or regular mail.
1) Our Administrative Manager assigns the appropriate Project Manager.
2) PM acknowledges receipt and prepares cost estimate for client.
3) PM prepares timetable and assembles translation team.
4) Upon client’s approval, PM initiates translation, which will include review, editing, and glossary making.
5) PM works with DTP specialist/graphic designer, when necessary, to format materials.
6) Proofreader annotates/edits text once in its final format, if necessary.
7) PM delivers product to client for final approval.
8) Upon client’s approval, PM delivers glossary and invoice. Hard copies of product are available upon request.

WB QUALITY STANDARD CONTROL
The WB Quality Standard Control is applied to every project. Editors and reviewers fill out the WB Quality Standard Control Form to evaluate each task and each professional. This way, we are able to keep statistics and find the most appropriate professional for each translation project.

ESTIMATED COSTS
Only a company working with a worldwide network of translators, with internal and external professionals is able to offer translation services for a very competitive price without affecting the quality of work. While translation services can be very expensive, some companies will offer their services for so little that the quality of their product is inevitably compromised. In order to have optimal results, translation requires a team well qualified professionals working together.
Most of companies take into account text expansion and charge minimum fees. We do not consider such factors. Instead, our competitive translation prices are based on source language, subject matter, document length, document format/output, and turnaround time.

OUTPUT
We deliver translations as a hard copy and/or electronic Windows or Macintosh platforms saved in any major word-processing software. We do not charge to include tables, charts, graphics or other mixtures of text and graphics, but if the project requires formatting and desktop publishing we charge an hourly rate. We can also produce files in EPS, and PDF. If you have any specific requirement regarding outputs, please specify your needs and we will provide you with an estimate in advance.
