Is this event more for interpreters or for LSP's? Feb 14

Is the event intended for interpreters, LSP's, or both? I'm currently going over the schedule, most of it seems directed at LSP's and business management. I am always interested in improving my skills as an interpreter and networking, and would like to be hopeful as to how this may advance my career as an interpreter.

However, in an industry where I'm commonly finding LSP's consider 5.00 usd/hour to be a 'competitive rate' I feel apprehensive about my future as an interpreter.
