...did you determine that this is potentially phishing/a virus? I have received the same this morning, no surprise that I am on their mailing list because I'm a customer... and the new release has been expected. I don't see what the problem is.

This is no scam at all, a real new version of Wordfast Pro has indeed been released and the news has been published on several newsgroups and websites.

Perhaps because the links point out to an address other than wordfast.com?

What made me suspicious Apr 30, 2009

1) the links point to an address other than wordfast.com
2) I am not on their mailing list
3)The Wordfast web site makes no mention of "Wordfast Pro +.
4) Everyone of the links in the e-mail message are the same though the text says you are going to different areas.
5) I would like to know if anyone actually clicked on the links and everything was okay??

I don't usually click on links that come in e-mails
