: Geneviève, appareil ist m.E. zu viel, der Trakt umfasst Magen, Darm..,also den "Transportweg" für die Nahrung, aber nicht die angrenzenden Organe wie z.B. Gallenblase//Oui, mais à mon avis, les organes adjacents ne font pas partie du "Magen-Darm-*Trakt*"

: ich stimme aber Deiner Antwort an Cécile zu, denn der Ausdruck "appareil gastro-intestinal" ist der geläufigere in der Allgemeinsprache (u.a. Presseartikel), wo "tractus " fast unbekannt ist
