The term may not originate with Philippe Jeammet but it is particularly associated with him. It has been rendered as "narcissistic foundations" in the published English version of a relevant essay (translated by Elizabeth Kenny-Penot). It seems to me a reasonable translation.

"C'est ce que nous avons appelé les assises narcissiques (Jeammet, 1989) concept proche de celui de Soi, tel que l'ont élaboré des auteurs comme E et J. Kestemberg (1972). Ces assises servent de base au sentiment de continuité et de sécurité interne. Le concept de relation secure, insecure, désorganisée, développé par J. Bolwby (1984), repris par M. Main (1995) et de nos jours par un auteur comme P. Fonagy (1996) est une façon analogue d'aborder cette question sur un mode plus directement centré sur la relation d'objet."
