would be my best attempt in the absence of any further context. Much depends what the company is actually doing: it could be manufacturing them, monitoring them, maintaining them, but if you're not sure, then "is responsible for" should cover a multitude of sins.

I agree that "maitriser" is tricky, but suggest rephrasing as "all the main nuclear components are under the full control of...."
