French term

intarrissable

French to English Marketing Cosmetics, Beauty Perfumery
From an article on the use of chocolate and vanilla in perfumery. I'm wondering if intarrissable is referring to the endless possibilities vanilla provides, or is it more along the lines of a lingering scent?
Many thanks in advance!

XXX, nez-parfumeur YYY, distingue deux
facettes : cacao / chocolat.

He talks endlessly about vanilla

Reminds me of source intarissable. Here it means to talks endlessly.
Other translations of intarissable are: inexhaustible,, never failing, perennial, all of which are not good here.

By the way the spelling is intarissable, with one "r". You seem to be undecided, using it with "rr' sometimes.

I think it's a very romantic, excessive, proposition.

Note from asker:
Thanks very much for your answer fourth. I understand its meaning as inexhaustible, it's just I'm not sure *what* is inexhaustible/boundless - the possibilities vanilla provides? Desertfox has a completely different view of it, so I admit I'm quite confused - not about the meaning of the word specifically, but its place in the sentence as a whole.
