Spanish to English Law/Patents Marketing / Market Research US English //Powerpoint presentation

The context is a slide in an internal PowerPoint presentation by a company to its sales/marketing reps. in which goals for the next three years are discussed. "Global accounts" makes no sense to me in this context. I tend to think that "global trends" fits nicely into the context, but I've never seen "cuenta" used in the sense of "trend". Here is the text that appears on the slide:
