SMELTING VESSEL (en inglés)
"Fusor" according to the Royal Academy's Dictionary is a "recipiente: Instrumento que sirve para fundir." Simon & Schuster's Bil. Dict. translates it as a "smelting vessel." If you are not sure whether the word "vessel" is the appropriate one (some "unidades fusoras" melt SHEETS of plastic), the right thing to do is to contact your client and get more specific information as to the nature, size, etc., of the "fusora." Also, you can obviate this by using a more general term, such as "instrument," that will be in any event recognized by the reader who is familiar with the nature of the device at hand.
