Infrastructure, site and services
Support infrastructure which is the correct literal translation appears to be an oxymoron. Site and services facilities do accompany urban renewal projects whose objectives include refurbishing the infrastructure.

: Site facilities generally refers to the facilities provided for the workers on a construction site, not for the local population.

I would suggest "facilities" - "infrastructure" to me sounds more like roads, buildings, utilities, etc.
