agree B D Finch : On second thoughts, I think I like suezen's answer best, because the facilities are not just for people requiring special support. Amenities is fine, but one of my pet hates is calling a patch of grass an "amenity area" as Shrewsbury Council does!

thanks Barbara ... it's an amenity for the dogs! But it's also a town planning buzzword :-)
agree Julie Barber : I like this as although it does read as 'support', the list includes a park so it can't be classed as such, whereas this includes everything

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "*Public facilities and amenities* fits in best, though I may end up using the rather uncouth *social equipments and services linked to housing* as it is more descriptive."

Infrastructure, site and services

Support infrastructure which is the correct literal translation appears to be an oxymoron. Site and services facilities do accompany urban renewal projects whose objectives include refurbishing the infrastructure.
Peer comment(s):

neutral B D Finch : Site facilities generally refers to the facilities provided for the workers on a construction site, not for the local population.

support facilities

I would suggest "facilities" - "infrastructure" to me sounds more like roads, buildings, utilities, etc.
