which may have been made under an agency dummy account

Hello,

It's late herem and I didn't go over the sentence very well. Maybe I'm wrong.
Peer comment(s):

agree Sandra Petch : "May have" correctly renders the use of the conditional here.

Thanks, Sandra! Not in this case, but sometimes the conditional can also be translated by the simple past in certain contexts (La société offrait aux employées qui la rejoindraient..."). No matter what, there is always the notion of possibility. Tricky!!

which would have been processed through a dummy agency account

bidon = dummy

You might want to rephrase "les réservations qui auraient été passées..." as simply "any reservations which were processed..." which sounds more natural in English

Although not a proof of the translation, there is some discussion of "dummy accounts" in SAP in the following link:

agree Emma Paulay : I prefer the second formulation

neutral Sandra Petch : It's important to render the supposition behind the conditional in French. A few remarks on this at the end of this forum disc http://www.proz.com/forum/translation_theory_and_practice/11...

You're quite right, thanks; I tried to capture this in my second proposition by introducing the word "any" but I admit I may have over-simplified
