This comes at the end of a Swiss "Acte constitutif de cédule hypothécaire" I assume that it means "information required for the Land Registry" but perhaps there is a better way of saying it or I am misisng something? Any ideas appreciated.

Depending on your context, requisition means a request of information made both by and to the Land Registry.

In the first case, cf links above, requisitions [official requests for information] are made by the Land Registry in cases when applicants' filings are not complete/ or need to be updated.

Latter case: "Services provided by the Land Registry of Northern Ireland are obtained by completing a requisition form from the "requisition book" retained by Debt Management & Banking (DMB) in Belfast."

IHTM38153 - Land charges: Northern Ireland: requisition of services
Each requisition form is comprised of the original form and three carbonised copies. The blue copy of the form is retained in the requisition book for audit purposes.

So clearly these requisition forms are standardised documents for requiring information.
