It seems this product is not available in North America.
Two options: leave it in French with an explanation in parentheses.
I have also seen it called "follow on milk:

Les laits dit "de croissance"
Pour les enfants à partir de neuf mois en remplacement du lait 2ème âge, un nouveau type de lait appelé " lait de croissance " ou " lait pour la croissance " est apparu sur le marché. Il s'agit de lait de vache présenté sous forme liquide dans des emballages stériles, enrichi en fer, en certaines vitamines et en certains acides gras essentiels qu'il ne contient pas naturellement.

I\'d write it as \"follow-on milk\" (with the hyphen)

: No, because these products are NOT 'formula' to be mixed up, but actual bottles of 'real' milk, but enriched ADDED LATER: may well eb the case, but as far as I am aware, 'formula' specifically refers to POWDERED baby milk, doesn't it? These are liquids

: We used to buy that stuff when we lived in Belgium: it is liquid, looks like milk, but they have added vitamins, minerals etc. The scary part is that it is not in the cool section... I think that in the US, it is equivalent to Vitamin D milk

Thanks, Anders! Not so scary, 'cos like almost all milk over here, it's UHT [= sterilized]

follow-up formula
As you said... absolutely, if it's powder... even if it is liquid, I believe it is formula if it is enriched. You can buy formula in the powder form or an already liquid form -Enfamil, Parent's Choice, Nestlé to name a few... You know it's formula as long as there are a bunch of things in it that are not just cow's milk...
Can you tell I'm still in formula-land ;-)

lait de croissance
Looks to me like we're talking about a legal designation for a type of product. It should remain in French, possibly accompanied by English in brackets, but even this is not completely necessary, since the term is defined in the text. A translation alone will give false information.
