French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Hello there my translator pals.
I haven't asked anything for ages, but I'm really stumped by how to put this phrase into elegant English from the following text (obviously part of a contract):

Au cas ou l'une des parties s'abstiendrait a' un moment quelconque, d'exiger l'exécution par l'autre partie de l'une quelconque des dispositions de la présente convention, son droit de le faire a' tout moment par la suite n'en subsisterait pas moins intégralement

Can anyone offer any help?

Use of the normative-jussive "shall" Where... [present indicative] his right to enforce performance shall remain unimpaired by any waiver...?
Hope that may help.

Thank you folks! Hello there - thank you for all your help! I was having real trouble trying to think straight yesterday and this was one of those clumsy looking sentences. Thank you all for your help.

Ah: along the same lines as Karen, who was clearly adding her reply at the same time, though changing it around a little bit using 'entitled'.

would not be in any way mitigated on account thereof

Hello,

They mean that the right to do so would not be mitigated in any way on account thereof (legalese LOL).

or "would not be mitigated in any way on account thereof"

The "en" in "n'en subsisterait pas" = on account thereof
