Would you use "consulatation" or "inquiry" or something else?

viewing (the) data
In vast numbers of IT documents, the term "consultation" is often contrasted with "mise a jour".
That is to say, the distinction is made between those screens where the user is merely "viewing" the data, and those where the user can update it.
Your questionnaire appears to have asked for users' views on the look-and-feel (what I tend to use for "ergonomie") and user-friendliness of the system as regards these read-only screens, the 2nd group appearing to be largely happy with them.
"Read-only screens" would be an acceptable term if the document is intended for, say, the IT dept (for them to see which areas need improvement, for instance).
Otherwise, you may have to turn the phrases around slightly. e.g. 1st one "...in terms of/as regards viewing the data"; 2nd one "...the user-friendliness of data display", and so on.
But the key point is that "consultation" often implies read-only access....

: Yes, this is the most precise one, while "accessing" is a tad vague, because you can access for doing entry, writing or updating too.

it sounds like they are evaluating how easy (user friendly?) it is to access the database

: more or less, and yes, convivial is usually the equivalent of "user friendly". But please also see my comments re: possible specific meaning of "consultation".

ease of use/easy to use
Not sure this translation would work for each of the instances of "consulation" in your example, but it would probably work in the last two cases.
