This is a free gift in an esoteric magazine, which it is claimed will bring luck, money, love and success into your dull existence. I can't come up with anything that reflects this neatly, but maybe somebody out there is feeling inspired. I suppose there is some poetic license.

Not much, I admit.It may be that the 7 pouvoirs refers to something special, so the translation would have to reflect this.
