French term

Azuré bleu

French to English Science Environment & Ecology butterflies
All I have managed to find out, so far, is that there seem to be 89 species of blue butterfly (in the UK?). This may be the 'common blue', but I am having difficulty in verifying this.
It comes in a set of clues for a game about wild flowers, birds and amphibians/reptiles. The description is as follows:
'Ce papillon est incontournable des pelouses des coteaux, sur lesquels il retrouve sa plante hote : une petite fleur jaune'

agree SBIG : Never mind my proposal, if it's a name and not just a color, Melzie's option is best.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you very much, Melzie, and for all your references which were very useful. As butterfly names appear to be very complex, I emailed the European butterflies website, and their expert agreed with you."

light/ pale blue

I think we are talking about the same shade as bleu ciel, which is a light, pale blue. i hope this helps.

"Azure Blue"

A bit literal, but could be the closest match you can get...
