"Le développement sur les différents pays européens et sur les Etats Unis est mené de façon à équilibrer les risques régulatoires et de vent, à renforcer la rentabilité de l’ensemble du portefeuille, et à disposer rapidement d’une masse critique dans un même pays" I first thought this was "regulatory" (ie regulations) but the word "wind" leads me to think this may be a technical term...
