If the test procedure was associated with various check-off lists, and they're giving a bunch of data associated with various test results for various parameters, then "completed test procedure" looks pretty good.

Hard to be sure, Rita, with so little context, but sometimes it can mean 'filled in' in the sense of writing something in a box on a form, and this kind of test procedure sometimes does require you to tick a box etc. to confirm that you have completed each stage, or write down values used, etc. I know, I've written enough of the darned things!
