I have no idea how to translate this. Any ideas?

Une texture emulsion, onctueuse, extremement fine et legere, au fondu aerien, qui apporte un reconfort des l'application.

it's so light (aérien) it blends beautifully/easily. They all do nowadays, don't they?...:)

a light make-up or that melts lightly onto your skin...

fondu comes from fond de teint..a fond de teint is make-up...the idea of melting onto the skin might also work...another idea is base...

The whole sentence of course has to be worked into [pun intended] English..but the actual meaning of fondu aerien means that the make-up is light..aerien here is light...
