a light make-up or that melts lightly onto your skin...
fondu comes from fond de teint..a fond de teint is make-up...the idea of melting onto the skin might also work...another idea is base...
The whole sentence of course has to be worked into [pun intended] English..but the actual meaning of fondu aerien means that the make-up is light..aerien here is light...
