Selected

her private (art) collection/or artwork hanging on her own walls

Or
her own personal collection

She is not saying (as Nikki suggests) that she prefers her own collection but is laughingly comparing it to the Barnes (private) collection and other collections mentioned which "étaient parmi ses préférés"

Yes "accrochage" =hanging but you would not say "her own hanging" in English as that would indicate suicide! You would have to include art or artworks or collection

French term (edited): son accrochage personnel

what she had on her own walls

I think you can be fairly straightforward here. The idea, as I understand it, is that the person jokingly says she prefers what she has on her own walls in her home in Brussels to the works of the exhibition in question.

(her) own hanging
