Depending upon what you have left --a picture would be helpful.
It may just be the hemicycle of the apse; or it might be a bay or two of the choir plus the hemicycle.
That assumes that you do not have a rectangular or square termination on the East end --and that your church is/was "oriented" with its choir towards the East.
