Direct-response advertising (or marketing)

Basically hard-selling!

"Direct Response Marketing:

A traditional advertising method used to elicit a direct response from a target by providing immediate access to the means to make a purchase. The interactivity of the Internet is ideal for the implementation of direct response adverising campaigns."

neutral Jane Lamb-Ruiz (X) : de conquete means that it is successful..

No. De conquète means that it convinces people to buy "on the spot" - as opposed to long-term advertising campaigns, which change people's consumer habits, winover marketing basically incites "impulse buying"!

neutral Julia Gal : not "winning", but "winover", which is something quite different! We wouldn't use the term in English, though, as it is implicit in "direct-response marketing" (that's the response part).
