French term

dispositif relationnel performant

French to English Marketing Advertising / Public Relations brand launch
Yes, I know, it's three terms....but here they sit stubbornly together and I am running out of time to separate them! Whilst I understand the meaning of each of the three words (see how they appear below) I am unable to come up with anything which sounds good in English - buzzy marketing type speak for a press release. The product is a car and the 'agence' is the advertising agency working on the launch. Here's the bit:

L'enjeu consistait alors pour l'agence à créer un univers autour d'un dispositif relationnel performant. Une valse marketing à quatre temps.

I am sure someone can come up with something quicker than I can...and it's getting urgent! Thanks!
