When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

smitrad (asker) Nov 30, 2015:
Dear XXX

Thank you for your email dated xxx. I am sorry to learn that your baggage was damaged following a flight with XXX.

Like all international carriers XXX is governed by The Montreal convention. This stipulates that all claims for damaged baggage must be made in writing, within 7 days of the damage report being created. Unfortunately on this occasion, this time frame has not been met.

Regrettably, I must therefore refer you to your private insurers, in order to make a claim.

I am sorry if this causes you any further inconvenience.

Yours sincerely

================

https://www.facebook.com/lufthansa/posts/10151839408239004

"Your **baggage claim department** sucks. I don't mind being told that my luggage did not make the flight and will be at my house within 24 hours, but I do mind your customer service department not calling me back after leaving several messages..."

"Lost luggage"

"Baggage is considered lost if it is not found after the search for 21 calendar days(...). In this case (…) send all available materials (…) to the **claim department** of the airport or airline for consideration..."

Certo?
Danik 2014 Nov 30, 2015:
Parece que há duas posibilidades de interpretação.
Ou então, me enganei.
