If the loading vessel is owned, demise chartered or time chartered by the Lifter, at the Demurrage rate per day, as published in the WORLDSCALE, which applies on the day of the commencement of loading for a vessel of the same type, size and capacity, corrected by the Average Freight Rate Assessment (AFRA), as published by the London Tanker Broker's Panel Limited, which applies on the day of the commencement of loading for such a vessel.
