Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução para o português da expressão "Adjusted Transaction Fund NAV" no seguinte contexto:
"ADJUSTED TRANSACTION FUND NAV" means, with respect to each Existing Illiquid Strategy Fund, the fair market valuation determined in accordance with FAS 157, with appropriate discounts for liquidity, for such Fund as of March 31, 2010, as set forth in Exhibit A; provided, that the Adjusted Transaction Fund NAV of GIF I shall be adjusted from time to time if a Realization Event occurs."
Já sei que NAV significa "Net Asset Value".
