Κατά το Penguin-Hellenews, σε ό,τι αφορά τη Βρετανία (ιστορικά). Βλ. Wikipedia για τις πολιτείες των ΗΠΑ που έχουν διατηρήσει διακριτό Court of Chancery. Δεν βρήκα ενδείξεις ότι, για τις ΗΠΑ, έχει επικρατήσει όρος διαφορετικός του ιστορικού (της Βρετανίας).
