The Licensee agrees that it shall immediately take down the following sites if xxx or its designated third party representative notifies the Licensee in writing of such sites or if the Licensee itself discovers such sites:

Websites, IRC and/or FTP sites which contain links to content that infringes xxx Intellectual Property that are owned and/or controlled by Customers and which are hosted by the Licensee (such as, but not limited to. eDonkey ***Hash Link Portal Sites*** and BitTorrent File Portal Sites).
