English to German
Bus/Financial
Human Resources
Kontext: Es geht um die "inneren Saboteure", die die Leistungen von Mitarbeitern im Unternehmen mindern und sich negativ auf ihr gesamtes Arbeitsumfeld auswirken.
Our Saboteurs act as strengths on a good day but they are also the behaviours that undermine us on a bad day, under stress and under pressure.
Saboteurs start off as our guardians to help us survive the real and imagined threats we face as children.
So, let’s have a look now at the nine saboteurs:
- the stickler
- the pleaser
- the hyper vigilant
- the restless
- the controller
- the avoider
- the hyper achiever
- the victim
- the hyper rational
The restless:
In a good day, the restless sets the pace, brings new ideas, is creative but in a bad day he can get easily distracted does not follow through, chases the new and does not take others with him.
So what are some of his characteristics? He can get easily distracted; rarely at peace or content; seeks new projects or stimulation; always juggling many tasks and plans.
What are the thoughts that guide his behaviours? This isn’t fulfilling; new things are exciting.; why can’t people keep up with me
What type of feelings does the restless experience? Impatience; Fear of missing out on things; feels restless and wants more options; worries that ***focusing on unpleasant things will grow***.
What lies does the restless come up with to justify his behaviours? If you miss, then you will lose out; Life is too short; you are behind
So what is the impact of his behaviours on others? Confused; frustrated they cannot build/complete something sustainable; anxious
