agree Jack den Haan : With Chris, too.//I'd be inclined to use the h. in both cases. Acc. to Oxf.Eng: Ess. Guide to Grammar there are no hard and fast rules, but a group of words forming a synt. unit normally has hyphens. I'd say the latter was the case here, but never mind...

Thanks Jack. To hyphen or not to hyphen! Depends on whether the words are used with a noun, i.e. X is cost neutral (no hyphen), but Cost-neutral Y (with hyphen). I suspect there may be US / UK differences as well. :-)
