醪糟 is a kind of rice that is left to ferment so it has a kind of alcoholic flavour, and 汤圆 are a kind of glutionous rice ball.

It is usually made by boiling water, adding a small ammount of Laozi'r to the water, then an egg is poached in the mix and finally the rice dumplings are added and cooked, The rice dumplings are usually stuffed with sesame or peanuts and are sweet. This is usually eaten on winter mornings for breakfast
