a few things here, are you sure its 紫荆, not 紫金矿业? Here 回归 refers to the situation that Chinese companies listed on overseas bourses will be allowed to plan A-share listing. That is what the sentence meant by 回归. You can try something like this for your sentence: Zijin's A-share listing at 0.10 yuan a share will ....
