As discussed in regards to your retirement, your last working day will be September 30, 2024 and I would like to draw your attention to the following:

• Certificate of Service: This will be issued to you as per terms and conditions of your employment.
• Employee Medical Insurance: Your Medical Insurance will be cancelled on September 30, 2024
• The Official SIM card: Your official SIM card (if any) is to be returned to the HR Department on your last working day September 30, 2024. A deposit amount against your personal calls will be retained from your final settlement as stipulated by the Remuneration & Benefits Department.
