typo "just" an abbreviation.
Not so sure on second glance this is referring to "lost and found" as there isn't enough context. It could just be the items "found"on a person when arriving at the police station, a watch, jewellery, cash etc. or indeed items "found" in a bust or raid.
I really don't see why this would be changed to "forfeited" when it quite clearly refers to the previous words. It's a police station, not a law court so no orders on anything being forfeited at the moment. The stuff "found" is locked away for safekeeping, presumably until there IS an order made concerning it.
