My final opinion : ignore (exp.) from both "(exp. PCB) ed oggetti (exp. condensatori, trasformatori". It was a mistake from the English-Italian translator who thought "exp" as a part of the material name. As I said the original text was in English.

I think the answer is in the previous sentence, 'es. amianto'. I've no idea why they start using 'exp', but there isn't really an X in Italian, and it looks like the English 'example'.
